How perfectly this quote relates to this stunning luxury residence designed by @milkovicharch . We love chasing light, especially when it merges so beautifully with the building. We used time-lapses to show how the light moves through the property in various areas of the home. It's always a bit challenging to have time-lapses running during the video shoots as there are so many elements happening. Our other favorite part of this film, is the transition between daytime to twilight. This property is a must see during twilight, it just lights up and the views are breathtaking. You can't see the property from the street, so when you are there it feels like a private oasis get-away. This home invokes a sense of well-being as it offers spectacular sunset views in the evening and majestic ocean views with abundant natural light. The home is situated on the property to feature a rock outcrop and to optimize its natural landscaping designed by @hapacobo . The Cross laminated timber panels, steel columns and concrete structure give it a modern, artistic and minimalist look.
